Welcome to Gigsters.app (“Gigsters”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, website, and services, including invoicing, quotations, reminders, and all financial tools made available through WhatsApp or web.

By using Gigsters.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Use of the platform

You may use Gigsters.app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of our system.
  • Use our services to send spam, scam messages, or unauthorized invoices.
  • Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code.

Some features of Gigsters.app are available only through a paid subscription. All pricing is clearly displayed at checkout and is subject to change.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
  • We do not offer refunds except as required by law.

5. User content and data

By using our platform, you retain full ownership of your data (e.g., invoices, client info), but you grant us a limited license to use it for:

  • Improving our services

We will not sell your data or share it with third parties without your consent, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Gigsters may:

  • Modify or discontinue the service at any time
  • Suspend access due to technical issues, maintenance, or violations of these Terms

7. Third-party integrations

Gigsters.app may integrate with tools like WhatsApp, payment gateways, or CRM systems. Your use of these tools is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their performance, privacy practices, or outages.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Gigsters.app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim:

  • All implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Responsibility for data loss or service interruption
  • Liability for any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law or to protect other users

We will retain data as needed to comply with legal and operational requirements.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in Dubai. You agree to resolve disputes through negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if needed.
